After the chestnuts, the fungi ...

We couldn't avoid seeing many interesting fungi on our walk.  We had noticed a black trumpet-shaped one, and were later told it was the Trombetta di Morte (the Trump of Death!) - and that it was "buonissimo" to eat!!

  1. Good the knoweldge is still being passed on. Not that many foragers confidently gathering fungi here.
